This watermelon sorbet recipe is not only super easy, but also a great way of tricking your mind into thinking it’s getting a treat! It’s also a fun way to get a serving of fruit in & keep hydration levels up!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup frozen watermelon
- A dash of water
Method:
- After your watermelon is frozen, simply take it from the freezer and place into your food processor/thermomix/smoothie-maker of choice.
- Add a dash of water, securing the lid and switch it on!
- Keep an eye on it, the amount of time it takes will vary on the appliance you use, if you want it a little runnier simply add a little more water!
- Once at the density you fancy, serve in a sweet little bowl, and sit back, relax and enjoy your guilt free watermelon sorbet!
