BREAKFAST: (4 Medium Poached Eggs, 1 Tomato, 30g Avocado)

EXTRAS: I also had some soda water with 1 serving of diet cordial, 1/4 cup lite soy milk & 1 tsp brown sugar (in coffee)

As you’ll notice in my goal bellow I do not have a goal for my carbs. That is because i don’t have a minimum amount I want to meet, where as I want to be making sure I meet my goals for my fat & protein content (this is while reverse dieting). However you’ll noticed I have gone quite significantly over my protein and a little over my fat goal, this however is allowed, I am allowed to give up some carbs to gain some protein and maybe fat (not too much), but it can not be done vice versa. However I do not usually ever get this much high over my fat & protein.. I guess it was just a very high protein/fat day for me haha. I am also slightly under my calories which isn’t usual, I’m usually a lot closer and will hit it almost exactly. However today I was working night shift and didn’t realise I was under & there has been a few days where I’ve been approx 50ish over anyways so it will most likely come out in the wash. However I don’t suggest doing this. Hope you guys enjoyed my full day of IIFYM, any questions feel free to ask. 🙂
