This chocolate recipe has come from starting off with what my workmate and I called ‘Miranda’s Chocolate’ which was a super simple recipe she gave in a Vogue magazine some time ago. But since then I have Tweaked it and have found this to be the BEST healthy chocolate recipe pretty much of ALL TIME! 😀

Total Calories (Entire Batch): 702

Ingredients:

  • 14g Coconut Oil
  • 65g Agave Syrup
  • 36g PB2
  • 2 Table Spoons Water
  • 45g Cacao
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Method: 

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix together until smooth.
  2. Either pour into a tray, fill a silicon ice cube tray or use it as you wish & place in freezer to set. (I suggest keeping it in the freezer as it melts a little easier than normal chocolate).

FYI it freezes super quick, and in my opinion it is the creamiest homemade healthiest chocolate i’ve tried. You could use this to make all kinds of sweets, ill be sure to post some of the sweets I commonly use it on in upcoming posts so keep an eye out!

Note – the amounts in the ingredients can really be varied, I completely made up my measurements to get it to the desired taste and consistency for my personal liking and please remember once you alter the amount from what I have written here it will effect the calorie content. Varying brands may also effect the calorie content.
