IMG_83932If you’re anything like me, then you HATE the taste of most post workout protein and pre-workout on its own (just with plain milk or water). This is exactly why I always have mine as a thickshake. 🙂

If you’re like me give this a go (note: the flavour is a chocolate, coconut & banana flavour – so only go for this if it’s the kind of flavours you usually enjoy).


  • 1/2 to 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein (This comes down to preference, I use half a scoop of Chocolate Quest Protein).
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 Ripe Banana

Using the brands that I use (Quest Protein & So Good) this usually comes to about 250 calories. If I am having this for a meal I’ll usually add a bit more milk & protein. The first sip is SOMETIMES a little iffy but a couple sips in and I really enjoy it! Make sure you don’t use an under ripe banana because it makes it taste wierd!

I hope you guys like this, and if this isn’t to your liking, then adjust it, maybe use a different flavour protein, a different kind of fruit or a different milk (could try almond or soy? My preference is coconut though.) x
