As you can see from the pictures, this is a super super easy lunch idea! I don’t even need to include a recipe for it because its pretty straight forward! BUT if you haven’t tried this meal you NEED to! It’s super good for weight loss too.

I usually use 1 whole tomato, half an avocado and 4 light cruskits. Give this a go, perfect to have either at work (just take the ingredients with you, or make it when you’re feeling lazy (but still want to eat healthy) at home.

Also I have used Himalayan rock salt on top, but it tastes like normal salt just better for you, so if you only have normal salt personally I’d still add a little. 🙂
