  • Jamie Oliver Lemon Pepper Chicken (Woolworths)
  • 4 Carrots Diced
  • 1/2 Cabbage Diced
  • 1 Capsican


  1. Grill the lemon pepper chicken until cooked through
  2. While the chicken is grilling add the carrot, capsican & then cabbage to a pan/pot and saute it. You can add herbs for flavouring or sometimes I like to use beef or chicken stock powder.
  3. Serve & Eat!

The main reason I wanted to post this recipe is it is SO easy! These chicken portions are perfect sizes, taste great and are already seasoned for you! I highly recommend them and this recipe can be used for meal prepping also. I hope you give this a go and have a happy and healthy day! ❤ xx
