I just wanted to share this quick meal idea with you guys because PB & banana sandwiches are literally one of my go to foods! Its quick, easy, you dont need a lot of ingredients AND its healthy! I LOVE having this before a big workout in the morning or as a nice filling lunch!

I used a cinnamon peanut butter spread on rye bread with a medium sized banana – make sure your banana is ripe with atleast a few brown spots to get the most nutrition from it you can! You could also have the bread toasted or just soft & fresh, I toasted mine here! 🙂
