This easy recipe/meal idea has been my go to breakfast the majority of mornings lately! It is packed full of energy to start your day, and tastes delicious! It is pretty self explanatory, which is why it is more of a meal idea than a recipe, but these simple ideas are the things I make most! Whenever I eat this I feel like I’m eating a banana muffin as the rye changes the consistency of the bread, the banana adds the flavour and coconut sugar brings that extra sweetness! ❤

Ingredients:

  • 1 Piece Rye Bread
  • 1 Banana
  • Coconut Sugar

Method:

  1. Toast your piece of bread & cut up your banana in the mean time.
  2. Once bread is toasted place banana pieces all over the toast, and sprinkle coconut sugar on top!
  3. Enjoy! 🙂
