This watermelon sorbet recipe is not only super easy, but also a great way of tricking your mind into thinking it’s getting a treat! It’s also a fun way to get a serving of fruit in & keep hydration levels up!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup frozen watermelon
  • A dash of water

Method:

  1. After your watermelon is frozen, simply take it from the freezer and place into your food processor/thermomix/smoothie-maker of choice.
  2. Add a dash of water, securing the lid and switch it on!
  3. Keep an eye on it, the amount of time it takes will vary on the appliance you use, if you want it a little runnier simply add a little more water!
  4. Once at the density you fancy, serve in a sweet little bowl, and sit back, relax and enjoy your guilt free watermelon sorbet!
