- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/3 of a Banana
- Heat up pan.
- Mash up the banana & then whisk egg whites, protein & banana together.
- Pour mixture into pan (approximately the size of your palm seems to cook best) – it is important you have heated up the pan first & then put it on medium heat as it stops the pancake from becoming too thin, it also cooks quite quickly and if its too hot they will burn. Flip when they look ready.
- Add whatever topping you like! I used the rest of my banana & melted some organic coconut chocolate butter which you will find at your local health food shop!
